Whew. Here's the last card -- for now. It's based off of the sketch at
365 Cards. I'm thinking of sending it along with some other cards to a little girl who is battling leukemia for her birthday. Trish at Techniques by Trish is collecting them for her. I really enjoyed making this card. I don't have any glimmer mist so I used heat embossing on the flower. After watching Momo's tutorial on Ustream, I have fallen in love with the technqiue again. I think the trick that REALLY works is to use a pigment based stamp pad for the the color instead of the cheap embossing ink pad I purchased. I still use colored powders on top (I don't have clear) and it turns out nicely. Enjoy!
