Super Bowl Sunday Challenge with Scrappin' Sista & Inking It Up Crazy

Christel, this is adorable. Did you emboss around the pennants? IF so...HOW? and I cannot tell what is behind the letters....is that a flower or part of the letter. Would love to make one of these. Thanks!

@Teela - I doodled around the yellow pennant. The black is a rossette that I made and topped with a 2" scallop punch! Thanks for asking.
