Happy Saturday! I'm so excited to share with you a few projects that I created using one of my favorite stamp sets. I'm featuring the Scripture Sayings set. The stamp set features some of the favorite scriptures that I believe can help people through tough situations.
The first project was a piece of altered art that I entered into the DCWV/May Arts Challenge. I didn't win but that's okay. I enjoyed making this for my baby and it will be a treasure in her heart forever. As I have mentioned before, I have a daughter who battles autism. Her birthday is coming up this month and so I created this piece titled "Through the Eyes of Danita". I have pictures and a video. The idea behind the piece is that this is what she sees and experiences through her eyes and in her world. Please don't laugh as the video is very shakey and I couldn't find my camera to make the video instead of the hubs iPhone.
This second project is two cards from a set of cards that I created for my swap partner. They are Kool-Aid and tea bag holders. I really hope she likes them.
Be sure to head on over to www.gettingcricky.com to check out my DT sister's projects. You will not be disappointed. Remember, I love you and there ain't NOTHING you can do about it. Until next time, peace and pause!

I absolutely LOVE the project! How nicely created. Continued blessings to your sweet, beautiful daughter.
These are both great. And when a child uses their imagination to create something no one should laugh. Great job. I'm a new follower.
I love the idea of through her eyes, and I imagine a lot of the world is a puzzle to her, to figure out. Very nice!
