Happy Friday! I'm here again today with the honor and pleasure of presenting to you for your viewing pleasure and hopefully inspiration a project from Jenny at
Crazy About Cricut for Family Fridays. She has challenged us to create a project that displays what a child is thankful for. I choose to ask my youngest, who is 5, what he was thankful for and expound on that. He stated that he was thankful for his Nanna. She's a big deal! So, since I'm working on a scrapbook for her, I took his words and create a page from him to her. I will get the other children to do the same thing at a later date so she will get a page from each of them. I didn't include personal pictures because this is going out over the Internet. I used paper from Deja Views. It's called Bubbles. I think it is so cute and really displays Caleb's bubbly personality but in a way that appropriate for a Nanna scrapbook. The lettering was cut using the Cuttin' Up Cricut cartridge. I added some doodling for interest. I have several mats that were cut to size from Recollections cardstock. I stamped and embossing around the edge of the list mat. The list was simply printed on the computer. The heart is a recycled Valentine's candy box covered in coordinating paper. I used dimensionals (pop dots) for 3D effect. The pot was cut from the From the Kitchen Cricut cartridge. I think that's it. Enjoy.
Happy Scrappin'!
