Happy Saturday everyone. I must ask that you forgive me now but I have to write in order to get it out.
October has never been a good month for me. Yes, it's my birthday month but it seems that more people in and around my life die during this month and it's so difficult when it comes around.
This month alone, this year alone, I have lost 4 people who were either friends or family members. A few minutes ago I found out that this beautiful soul has ended her journey here and begun her new journey on the other side. Here IS something crafty that I created to honor this beautiful woman. These pics are only a few months old and she was at the close of her journey. Doesn't she look MARVELOUS!!! She was a WARRIOR to the end and did it in serious DIVA style.
We are only on loan to one another but death is rough. This is the month I lost my Daddy and SEVERAL others over the years. So, though I know we have victory through Jesus Christ, my heart is heavy. I make a choice to look to the hills from whence cometh my help. For my help cometh from the Lord.
I love you and there ain't nothing you can do about it.

What a beautiful tribute to your friend! I too have lost many family members over the past years. Always keep your memories of them close to your heart and they will live on forever! God Bless you!

She looked like such a beautiful lady and as you said a warrior indeed. Sorry for your loss Christel. May God bless as you remember her in the days coming. Knowing that she is in Heaven has to bring such relief for you being a Christian woman.
