That's Hot Blog Hop

Happy Saturday and welcome to the That's Hot Blog Hop hosted by Yolie of Just Yolie.  Today we're sharing projects that are Tres Chaud! Muy Caliente! Molto Caldo! Oh you get the point.

For today's project, I created a treat box for a "risque" bridal shower.  The corset is from the Tie the Knot cartridge.  The treat box was created using a pattern provide by Melin at Cooking With Cricut. The pattern paper is from the Untamed Safari line available at Hobby Lobby. The solid paper is by Recollections which is available at Michael's.  I cut the corset at 5".  I applied diamond Stickles to the button holes to make it look like bling on the corset.  For added interested, I used my white Sakura pen to add stitching.

Congratulations Matthew and Melanie

Congratulations to Matthew and Melanie White as they start their new life together as one.    I was honored with the privilege of creating their wedding ceremony programs and dinner menu cards.  Here is a peak at both items.  The colors are midnight blue, ice blue, and white.  The backing in midnight blue, the menu and main pages of the program are ice blue and the top layer of the program was printed on vellum.

Pictures from the craft fair

Happy Monday! For your viewing pleasure here are the pictures as promised.  This is from the Holiday Bazaar on Saturday.  The hot item was the acrylic note holder with matching pen.  The Bazaar was hosted by the AKAs so I made craft for them.  If I had of known, I would have also made cards for my Sorors.  They were meeting and came down to support the Bazaar.  Next time, I'll know.
